    Purchased this Android for my grandson's birthday. Also the white keyboard case this seller claims is compatible with the Android. The only thing I was pleased with was the delivery speed...only 3 days for the Android and 6 days for the case.I purchased a Blue Tooth-enabled controller for gaming but we can't connect it with this AGPtek Android. When we open its Blue Tooth icon all we see is a flag which reads "file is empty".My greatest concern is this AGPtek 7" Android might be a clone...a knock-off, since the seller, BrainyDeal, offers this same Android here at Amazon for an array of prices. The one I bought came with a very small sized paper manual, folded in accordion fashion. No disc and an empty Blue Tooth file.Tried calling the seller at several phone numbers I found online. One is disconnected. Another answered by a woman who says she works for AGPtek but never heard of Brainydeal. A third number answered by a guy who says he works for Brainydeal but only as a warehouse worker.As for the AGPtek Android's so-called compatible case w/keyboard: the Android's jack doesn't fit the into keyboard's USB port. One is the wrong size. This tells me the seller either doesn't understand or care what the word 'compatible' means.All I want now is to return both items and a full refund.
