Shipping was fast but the actual product was junk. It smelled like burnt circuits right out of the box. The charge didnt charge at all at first and then started sparking due to faulty connection in the charger. Purchased a different charger and let the tablet charge overnight. It only lasted a half an hour on a full charge. Touch screen was very slow and lagged horribbly. I would not recommend this flytouch to anybody. I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and what a big dissapointment. I emailed the company for a replacement and they said they were all the same. I told them i would take a sealed replacement if they had it and they said they all come the same way unsealed but these units are supposedly new and not refurbished? I sent the unit back because it was defective and they wouldnt even return my money on the return shipping for there defective product. Horrible experience will never due business with this company or brand again.
