There are things to like about this tablet but plenty of things to make you want better. Overall its easy to use and the Android 2.1 system works well. We have found several apps that don't work on the tablet despite suposedly being compatible. For example using the Amazon App store with this device has proven impossible (Kindle for Android does work). The manufacturer has shown no interest in helping with the problem "we didn't write the app". Their preloaded app store works pretty well, but will download apps that don't work on the device. When asked about upgrading to Android 2.2 the manufacturer simply said "we don't plan any upgrades at this time". No other assistance has been offered by them despite several attempts. All in all despite having decent built in memory and using a 16 GB SD card the tablet is pretty slow. If you are a power user with average to above average expectations don't look at this tablet. If you want an above average e-book that can do Android apps like solitaire and soduku this "might" be what you want. Thanks Amazon for looking into the issue with your app store. I get the feeling I'll never hear from the manufacturer again.
