This low-cost tablet is great for what it is. It's an eReader that will go online for simple tasks. It does play audio, I use the Tunein APP to get some great news stations and reading services. I got a US Newspapers APP to enable me to read online newspapers. I have my PDFs and text files for reading. It does NOT run Adobe Flash, long "movie" videos won't work, shorter videos are clunky at best, it will not download from google play, so you are limited to Amazon and Getjar for downloads. If you are looking for a multimedia player that'll allow you to play online games or videos, look elsewhere. If you want a simple eReader with "bonus" access to the internet, this is a decent, cheaper option. This reader runs Android "Eclair" OS, which is between version 2.0 & 2.1. While it runs all 2.0 software, it has problems with some 2.1 software. Lastly, I, highly, recommend disabling the WIFI when operating on batteries to save on your battery power.
